Tulare AYSO Discount - Charge-Back - Refund Policy

Discounts

Members may only register players who they are the Parent or legal guardian of. Adding members to the account who you are not the legal guardian of for the purpose of obtaining a discount or ensuring that players are on the same team shall result in the discount being removed. Players will not be assigned to the same team. Other measures such as ability to volunteer as a coach or assistant coach may also be restricted or denied at the discretion of the board.

Open balances
An open balance is when only part of the registration fee has been paid, meaning that there is still an amount due to the account. If a player has an open balance beyond the registration close date, that is not paid at the time of building teams, that player will be canceled. Any funds paid will remain on the account as a credit and may be used in future registrations.  No check refunds will be given.

Charge-Backs 

A charge-back is when you notify your credit card company that you did not authorize the charge when registering your player. When this happens the credit card company retracts your payment and AYSO incurs a processing fee, your account will then show an open balance due. AYSO has the right to add any fees to your account for reimbursement.

Refunds/Dropping from the program

AYSO Region 255 incurs several non-refundable fees during your registration process. As a nonprofit we recoup these costs from the registration fee we collect from you.  As a result the following charges will be applied -

$10 for each game played

$25 uniform fee

$10 photo fee

The National AYSO membership fee of $25 and any processing fees are non-refundable.

( we will not issue a refund because a coach quit or for other coach issues. Coaches are volunteers and we have no control over them completing their training requirements or completing the season. We will make every effort to make sure every team has a coach and we will make sure every team has the same number of games even if we have to reschedule games.)

Livescan reimbursements

Volunteers are entitled to a reimbursement of the cost to get their livescan done. (Typically $25) Refunds will only be approved after 50% of the season is done, this is to make sure that they actually volunteer.  To receive your reimbursement fill out the below listed form.
